Tom is the founder of Complete Career Solutions and takes great pride in enabling other people's success. Whether it is someone who works with him, for him, or is a client, he is all in on others' success. This enabling approach stems from his 3 F's...Faith, Family, & Fun. He has been married to his wife, Lesa, for 31 years, and together they have raised 3 boys. Now with the 3 sons out of college and in different states, he has found a new passion in traveling adventures with Lesa.
When he is home in Austin, you can probably find Tom hitting a golf ball somewhere or playing pickup basketball in his church league.
